    I use GnuCash (I am an Open Source advocate!) and the Square.  Works pretty well for me!

      Can you import the data from Square into GnuCash?

        I picked up GnuCash after the show season last year, but since I've had great luck importing CSV files from bank I will assume yes.

    I have used GoPayment for a couple of years and absolutely love it.   PLUS, if you have problems at all you call and talk to an actual live person.  Their support is fabulous.  Also, if you have an iPhone I would definitely suggest purchasing a mophie.  The money is deposited no later than Tuesday after a weekend show.  Their reports from the merchant services are excellent and easy to follow.  I would highly recommend it.

    I use their web hosting and GoPayment...it can all be independent
