In past shows I have displayed stained glass hanging pieces from metal grids which do not show off the pieces to their best ability, and I know are not thought of well by juries. Mesh panels can't handle the weight and propanels block all the light. If I purchased sta bars which I know are more to stabilize the tent, would they be a good alternative to hang pieces from the top bar with some type of cable and hook system? I wasn't sure what kind of weight limit they have and currently I only have a pop up tent. I'm looking for suggestions of options to showcase the glass by letting light shine through, and also have something that a juried panel would accept as a professional display. I have been holding off taking our jury photos until I can do so with the new display in place. I appreciate all recommendations.
