Hello,

I realize this is a really last minute request, but I am desperate. I am attempting to apply to an art fair, whose deadline is tomorrow (3/1). I have all of my images ready, but just have to put black rectangular borders on the edges of the rectangular images, to make a 1920 x 1920 square. In photoshop, I know you can use the rectangular marquee tool, which I did, but when I went to select my image and paste it into the new white box, I get the original raw image, and not the one I worked on in photoshop. Can anyone help me to tell me how I can get the selected image to paste into the new file? And second question is, how do you change the rectangular boxes from white to black? Any help would be great. Thanks.
