I'm another "Newbie" to this site and the business of Art Fairs. I'm a photographer living just north of Boston, MA, and I have been a photographer off and on for the better part of 30 years. I currently work using a Hybrid Workflow. For a time I lived in a tourist area (Newburyport, MA) where I was fortunate to show and sell my work through a couple of Art Shows and through Gift Shops, Inn's, and Restaurants and I enjoyed the experience. Then I relocated back to where I grew up, and where I'm located now, to work for the family business. Unfortunately my photography got lost in the change of location and career path. I then had the misfortune of loosing everything in a flood. So it wasn't until 2005 that I started up again when I added a Nikon F100 to go along with my FM2n. I thought I was ready to Rock, when the reality of the Digital Age took the wind out of my sails. The thing is I keep getting drawn back to photography. So this time I'm putting together a business plan that will be based around Art Shows, Interior Designers, Fine Art Prints, etc. So for the next several months I will be attending shows as an observer and add more photos to my portfolio, while I invest in the equipment needed to present myself and my photos in a professional manner.
At my current "Day Job" I'm the owner of River Hunter Flies http://www.riverhunterflies.com It's an online source for the flies I tie for the Fly Fisher. I also create "Artistic Display Flies" that I hope to incorporate with my photos at shows.

Yes, I'll be in Topsfield. I do about 12-15 shows with Castleberry every year. Chris and Terry know how to do it.
Terry has a sign on her desk.
