Hi-- I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. This is a great website and I am very glad to be accepted into it-- I am glad to be among like-minded people!
These days I make paintings, drawings and collages about music and musicians. The colorful ones are made from fabric and paint swatches (yes, directly from the paint store!) I also like to use scratchboard. I have always made art but only recently tried entering art fairs and festivals. It has been a great experience so far. I am not a full-time artist, but it is my dream to become one.

Hello Danny and welcome. We are glad that you have joined us. I just had to take a peek at your photos. The paint samples really made me curious and I had to see what you were talking about. What a great idea. You work looks like it would do well at the Jazz Festival in New Orleans. Have you done that show before?

I have not done the Jazz Festival in New Orleans, but it sounds right up my alley-- the subject matter of most of my work is jazz, jazz, jazz.
