I'm new to the site and very excited by all of the information available here! I'm a nature photographer based in Wisconsin who is part of a gallery and does 7-10 shows a year.

Hi Dave! Welcome to this site. What shows do you do in Wisconsin? I'm from MN and do some WI shows.
Hi Pat! Thanks - I do shows all around Wisconsin - Wausau Festival of Arts, Madison Winter Arts Festival, Boulder Junction, St. Germain, and I've put in for Bayfield this year. My photos concentrate on the northern part of the state, so I do a few smaller northern Wis. shows (like Boulder Junction) because we get a lot of the Illinois cabin-dwellers there (good market).
Which Wisconsin shows do you do?
I've thought about doing some shows in Minnesota..any you'd recommend?
Dave, I've done a couple of the shows you mentioned, Wausau and Bayfield. Don't know anything about Boulder Junction or St. Germain. My favorite is Spring Green. In Minnesota I do Loring Park, Centennial Lakes, And some smaller shows. Also I do some Iowa and Illinois shows. It's a slippery slope recommending shows these days as my glass art may not appeal to to the cabin folk. :)
