No idea...but for what it's worth, they're not listed on http://charitynavigator.org (which uses the reports that 501 (c) 3 organizations file with the IRS to rate aspects of a charity's performance). Nor are they listed on http://www2.guidestar.org
I see they have a contact address in San Francisco. Why don't you call them and ask why those sites don't list them?
