New Show? Or not? Mid May, Chicago West Loop, Amy Amdur. I have not done an Amdur show in over a decade.  I always think, and think, then don’t apply. The deadlines are so early, I have not prepared my season’s application strategy by then.

Barrington I know is a couple of years old. Held the last weeknd of May. I used to do okay at a Barrington show that was run by a local arts organization, but they stopped running a show some years back. I did Art in the Barn in Barrington for years, but stopped doing it when sales declined too far for me, and the did not justify the hassle of using a central cashier.

Feedback on either would be appreciated. Thanks!
