Hi, I'm a painter and would like to find a reliable, high quality, and affordable company to print digital images for me to make greeting cards. I spoke to a couple of artists who said they just had a local printer do it. However, I was wondering if there's a good company out there that does a quality job that I could send digital images to online that someone might recommend?
Thanks, Marie

Red River Paper makes a fine line of pre-scored greeting card paper and matching envelopes. I like to print my own cards on an inkjet, and I use RR Polar Matte. Nice bright white, non-coated inside to make it easy to write on them. With envelope, paper, ink and clearbag, they run about 90 cents each. The main advantage to using an inkjet over a 4/c printing house is that the inkjets are continuous tone, while 4 color printed cards will have a halftone dot in them.
Vistaprint will make smaller quantities. Modern Postcard is better reproduction and color matching, but the minimum quantities are fairly high.
Hi, Jim,
This is very helpful. I also appreciate the cost estimate for each. Been trying to figure out what the cost per card might be. Thanks!
