Where can I find that type of paper?

I've searched camera supply stores in the area-who amazing have no clue what I'm talking about...

I did find some Images on line that I've saved and went to Staples then Office Depot to have printed but I just don't think it looks good at all...

Does anyone have a good supplier they can recommend?

Or is there any other tips to achieving that look?

  • It's called Varitone #9

Here's a link to the background page on my web site. There is an entire section on photographing your own art.

The size you would need for small items is 21x15. They are paper and fragile. You have to purchase five at a time which is a good thing.

But it's not really that easy. Especially if you want the background to match and have different size objects. Sometimes it's better to add the background afterwards, or print out your own graduated background.

    • Larry,

Do you know if you can add a graduated background with photoshop elements or do you have to have to regular photoshop software?

      thanks

      • Both have the gradient tool. The real challenge is creating the selected area where the gradient goes. It has to look perfect at 100% or it looks like something is wrong.
