Hello Everyone,
I am brand new to this whole process and I am trying to figure out how this works. I am getting bits and pieces however, it seems like every art festival has different requirements. If I apply for one does that mean I am good for all of them? I live in Ohio (Cleveland) and I am not sure what kind of licenses I need. I've also, noticed that there are deadlines for most of the art festivals. Are there any still available for this summer or fall that I may be able to enter?
I just starting becoming more involved in photography and by no means a professional. However, I have received great feedback from my photos that I posted on social media and it was recommended to me that I look into selling some of them. I believe, becoming part of the art festivals would be a lot fun and a great experience.
I understand that with some of the art festivals you need to submit several photos of your work and booth. I do not have a booth and I was planning on renting one. With that said I am not sure how to set a booth and send photos of it if I don't own one. Can someone please let me know how to go about this? Also, all mine photos are in their original state and I haven't done any touch ups to them. Is this something that most would want?
I am not sure how I should price my photos or the best method to take a payment/device to use. What are usually the price ranges for the different size photos. My plan was to print out one of each photo and mail the customer the size and style they want. Is this how most vendors do their business or do they usually have several photos to sell right then?
Thank you in advance for your tips and advice. I know I have a lot of question so, any help would be much appreciated! I hope to see you at the festivals!! I have attached a few of my photos for an example and I have a few more on my page and several more on my fb page if you'd like to take a look.

Give me a call later today (Tuesday) and I'll answer all your questions. I've done shows with my photography for over 35 years and have mentored many artists in all mediums. I also specialize in preparing images for jurying and now photograph artwork. I can also help with your booth picture.
I wouldn't plan on doing any shows for most of the remainder of this year. But you should be applying to shows for next year.
