Gasparilla Images Not Visible Problem?

Did anyone get an e-mail from Gasparilla telling them that their images were not visible in the application? This is the wording: Please review your submittal. The images you uploaded are not visible in the application. The deadline is Tuesday at midnight so please review your application asap. Thanks!     Is this a zapp problem or the way one uploaded the pics problem?

      It's not a problem at all. If you see the images in your profile after uploading, the show sees them also when jurying. I'm trying to figure out the scope of the confusion. Immediately after sending out the e-mail, they sent a retraction e-mail.
