Several things seem to be changed. I used to find "Comment" after each discussion entry. This made it very easy to comment. Where has this gone?

There should be a box below your post, it isn't called comments, just a "reply to this". The "comments" are only found under the blog postings. Right here you are in the discussions area.
You can go to your home page "My page" to see comments sent to you.
"Gifts" are little virtual gifts that you can give to others on the site, for whatever reason you might want to give a gift. To learn more about them go to the "search" box in the upper right hand corner of this page and put "gifts" in the search box and it will pull up more information about the gifts.

Your last question is very tricky and can't answer it -- is it one of your own photos? then go to "my page" and look at your photos, otherwise it is possible that the search box can help you on this.
Most of this remains but just as I closed my last discussion I nodticed a little camera icon ab ove it. Is this what allows a photo to accompany a discussion? I'd like that opportunity.
