At first I tried to figure out how your hubby used this for photography.
Hmmm, how could I use this in my darkroom? Would it sit next to the Bessler? Maybe the Omega?
Would the 54" shear cut my paper easier?
How helpful would it be to use the break when making my frames?
The press might really take the curl out of the sheets of paper.
The punch instead of dodging those areas on the prints.
Then I saw the name James Vertrees and understood. :-) :-)
LOL. I know I've sold a lot of equipment on this site, Larry, and I'd bet between the two of you (you and my husband Norm) you could come up with some use for these machines in the darkroom. For sure it would flatten that rag paper. There was so much equipment in his darkroom I'm surprised these machines weren't in there too.
I posted this for James ... I'm pretty curious about what he did with these.
Hmmmm, I want to make a much larger print. Only 4' between the enlarger and the easel... Ok, lets use that punch press to knock out the floor. Now we can expose a REALLY big print.
As James is a metal working artist I guess he had better uses than what we might do in the darkroom. but it sure would be fun :-)
Heck he probably has the toys to make his own poles and fittings for a trimline / crafthut / lightdome.
I found it Connie. AWESOME job. Thanks
