I have for sale, a 10 X 10 Showoff canopy that can raise to 9 feet. The four side panels and poles are like new. The roof is a little older as I used it before I bought the higher panels but it is still in great shape. It features the sky light roof which really lights up the inside of your booth. Patrons and artists have commented how bright it is inside my booth. A two foot awning is included. The canopy can go up to 9.5 feet to set up a very impressive display of art. I didn't use it very much after I bought it and now I am retiring.
I just set it up in my back yard, please look at the photos.
What is included:
2 - 9ft X 10ft side panels with zippers on 3 sides
2 - 9ft X 10ft front/back panels with zippers on three sides and zipper down the middle.
Roof - covers 10ft X 10ft area with zippers on all four sides and an extra zipper on the front and back sides for an awning.
All the required poles to set it up.
2 ft awning with poles.
I live in the Detroit, Michigan metro area if someone would like to pick it up. Also, I will be driving to Florida in February and March and could deliver it anywhere along I-75 from Michigan to Florida or meet someone in Florida.
Shipping would be up to the purchaser and would be rather expensive. The canopy fits in the boxes; 1 box has the four sides, 1 box the roof and canopy, and 1 very long box contains the poles, the longest pole is 7 feet. I would think shipping would be at least $100.

I have not had any leaks. I did notice a mark on the roof when I was cleaning it to put it up for sale, and I patched it with VLP and piece of white tape. The zipper on the top back has one tab missing (all zippers have two tabs so you can zip from either side) which doesn't effect it working. You could probably attach another tab, I just don't know how. And there is another zipper on the back that has tore from its base about 3 inches, and this doesn't effect its performance at all. That is all the imperfections I found on the whole unit. I have more photos I took when I set it up last week I can send you if you like. I am sure the roof will last for five years with moderate use, and the sides and poles are like new so they would last far longer. I have been doing art shows for 20 years and I know what I am talking about.

I am sorry but I will take only $600 cash. The top shows a little wear but has some good years left but the sides and poles are like new, I used it only 3 or 4 times. It is a very good price.
For me to drive to Cincinnati is a 9 hour round trip and would be at least $160 in gas for my full size van and a whole day's drive. I mentioned in my ad that I am going to Florida in February and could meet someone then along the way to make the transaction. Let me know if you are still interested,
