Includes 2 10 x 10 Frames with Cast Aluminum Corners - 2 4- Zipper Vinyl Tops - 2 sets of 4 Vinyl Sides with Center Zippers - 4 Short 2' x 10' Awnings - 1 Long 8 x 10 Back Awning - Zip on Rain Gutter - Front and Back Gussets. Will include weights and tie downs.
One unit is 4 years old and only used once a year. Other unit was well used and 8 years old and frame got slightly bent but still works very well.
