June 5-7. I have never applied because I'm afraid of getting stuck in the infamous parking lot. It's a really long way to go, and a hefty booth fee, to risk that. Thanks!

Has anyone heard anything more? The invites are going out pretty soon..right? We are keeping our fingers crossed that we get invited (first hurdle) but if we do we would be coming from AZ so want to be sure we have a decent spot. Thanks!

No, the deadline has not even passed yet. It's Feb 23.
They seem to tweek it every year. They seem to be trying to get rid of those spots. But I heard of someone being called off the wait list last year, and the show director would not tell her where she would be or guarantee she wouldn't be in ine of those bad spots.
As of a couple of years ago there were lots of terrible spaces - parking lot or behind buildings and not connected to the rest of the show. Don't know about last year.

When I did the show a couple of years ago I was put in one of the bad spots - fortunately they sent the space assignment well ahead of time. I called and said I would cancel because it wouldn't be worth doing there. They found me a spot on the main drag.

I do not think so, but why don't you ask the show director directly?

I emailed the director, I'll post again if I hear anything back.
