Can someone or all give me advice for my set up - I will be purchasing an Easy Up to start with - what are the best walls to get - if I were to purchase Pro-Panels - will the 7 ft do or do I need to purchase the 6 ft and is there a cheaper way to go that will suffice for a few years?

  • The Flourish mesh walls are about half (or less) the cost of pro panels.  If you're going to invest in pro panels then I would suggest you also invest in a Light Dome or Trimline canopy.  However, if you are just testing the waters with shows and don't want to invest too much, then stick with the EZ up and mesh walls.

One benefit of having a Light Dome or Trimline is that when/if you're done with it, its fairly easy to find someone looking to buy a second hand one.  The same can be said for Propanels.

...after re-reading this I feel like I am just complicating the issue...lol...sorry

    • HI Evan - Thank you!  The more confusion at this juncture the better!  I actually just got off the phone with both Flourish and ProPanel and Flourish just sent me a quote - ofcourse I asked for colored covers for the panels which cost over $400.00 which put the price @ over $1,400.00 which is actually more than the Flex system from ProPanel!  As you say - I can always rent or resale the ProPanels so I have finally decided to purchase the ProPanels!  Whew - this is way too much work!  One day I will upgrade to a Trimline but that will have to wait.

Hope you have a good season!

  • I know you are asking about walls but one of the best thing I can suggest would be to get two sets of StaBars to help stabilize your tent.  I purchased them for my tent and they made a big difference!

    • Thank you - where do I purchase the StaBars?

Actually regarding the walls - I have just done more research on the walls - and it seems that all walls are really expensive so I might as well purchase the ProPanels - rather than the mesh or the wire panels - the cost is not that much higher. What kind of walls do you have?

      Thanks for your interest!

      • If you purchase mesh walls new from Flourish, the StaBars come with them.

        • I see that now - I just reveiwed Flourish's site. The only real benefit I can see of the wire mesh panels is the convenience.  They are almost as costly as the ProPanels.  Also - I don't want my set up to be all white (way too bright) so unless they offer the wire mesh panels in different colors - (which I did not see on the site) they are not appealing to me. I have also viewed the Graphicdisplaysystems and those panels are also very costly and it appears that there are many pieces.  It is seeming to me now after all that the easiest and best look is the ProPanels even though I don't like the colors that they offer!  Unless you have another idea/company for me to look at for walls - I think my mind is finally made up!

          • The mesh panels are shown here http://flourish.com/mesh_panels_intro.html and are Three Panel Set for EZ up - $655 (includes Stabar kit)  The do have different colored covers but they don't say how much extra those are.

I'm not sure what "Wire Mesh" ones you are talking about.

            • Yes I am referring to Flourish wire mesh- I will have to see what other colors they have - that might make a difference.

Thank you I will check it out.  What do you use?

              • I have mostly 3d items so I have a folding display my husband made for me.  We are working on doing up the plans for it because we have had so many comments on it.  For my hanging items I use two room dividers on each side of my booth.  I like them because they look better than using grid wall and they are not heavy.  I just got a new TrimLine and will be getting a set of the mesh walls.  I don't have the room or need for Pro Panels

          • The feet that come with the Graphic display systems panels go right in the garbage. You just connect the panels with cable ties. The feet stick outside of the 10x10 and also trip people that walk into your booth. It's always been a ridiculous way of connecting the panels anyway.
