Does anyone have a good liability waiver template that we could use? We are participating in a few auctions and have to drop off the art way before the event. We want something simple that they sign when they take possession. Thank you!

While I do love seeing artists being proactive about matters like this, In my experience anywhere I've left work has their own forms. They either insure it or they don't, and then I consider if it's worth it. It's usually mentioned on contract that sets commission, timeframe, etc.
