2015 is the first year that I have applied to any show that uses Zapp. Thanks to the invaluable information everyone has shared on this this site, especially Larry Berman, I have successfully been invited to the shows so far (knock on wood). My question is this. Does Zapp archive your applications to each show or will I need to remember which jury pics I used for each show? How long do they keep the apps? I have 8 images and I am trying them in different configurations to see which work. Some shows want 3, 4, or 5 images. If I am successful at these shows and would like to apply again next year, I would like to know which images worked. Although, I do realize that I might have new work to show it would be nice to keep a log of what work juried in. Thanks again!

Just to be clear: Zapp doesn't archive your applications automatically, though. You have to do that by clicking on the "archive" button for any of your applications (as Larry said above.)
If you want to leave them "active" in your "my zapplications" page, you can leave them there, and review which images you submitted at any time. You can leave them "active" even for shows that have passed. I know: for sentimental reasons, I still have my first Zapplications alive and not archived.

On your "My ZAPPlications" page, there is a "view archives" link at the bottom of the list of your applications. Then review the application you want to check.
Alternately, If you have any image editing program on your computer you can also do a screen capture of each show when you finish choosing the order of your images.

When I click on view archives, it tells me me I don't have anything archived. Does it wait until the show is over to archive or is there something I need to do?

The shows have to set their applications free so they can be archived. Then you have to archive your completed applications. If you've never archived any applications, all your shows are still listed on your "my ZAPPlications" page.
