We are considering applying to exhibit at this show…looking for feedback from other artists who exhibited at this show in 2012 and / or 2011 (preferably wood artists). Are there more buyers or lookers at this show? Are there buy sell vendors? How is the ease of set up / break down? Are there parking issues / fees for exhibitors (We have a cargo trailer and need a pull through space)? Would you return? What do you sell?

Have you gone to the show's website? To me it looks like a better level craft show under large tents. I've heard good and bad about Woodwill Promotions, and usually the bad is from those who didn't make enough money. But everybody's different with different expectations. I did however, like their rule about everyone having a 3 sided display.
It's a fall show with a reasonable booth fee of $360. If I lived within commuting distance and I didn't have anything scheduled, I would go for it. Except the part about a pull through space. Those of us with trailers soon learn that dollying is fun. Because when you have a truck and trailer, if you pull up to your 10 ft space with a 30 ft rig, you're blocking two other exhibitors' spaces. If possible always go for a Friday setup.
