Did any one participate in the By Hand Show last year? I did it a few years ago, and am wondering if sales have improved. It was a good location, but not enough buyers. I grew up in the area and feel that you need the Eastsiders plus the Westsiders to have good sales. I figured that every one would know how to get to the airport!!!! Like to give it another try, thanks.

I understand Jay has sold the show to a new owner. I had heard the Columbus show was doing better now with new management.
@Robert- How can the Columbus show be doing better? It hasn't happened yet. And I still think that putting most of the canopies on the bridges across the river is a disaster waiting to happen.
That was the By Hand Columbus show last year that was under new management and was reported to be doing better. They never had booths on the bridge.
The one coming up, the Columbus Festival of Arts, should be interesting. They used to have booths on the bridge. If some booths go sailing or collapse on the bridge, so much for the EZ-Up ban being the panacea
Although I was not a vendor, I did attend. I heard from booth owners that sales were rather low. There was some frustration with that the we noticed on the day we were there. Through asking questions, they felt the show wasn't promoted well and was smaller than the year before. There were some really nice items. Quite pricey noted by someone that attended with me. It was the first year I have ever heard about this show. I enjoyed the items I purchased. Hope this helps.
