I was juried into the Plaza Art Fair in Kansas City and I am super excited.  My question is what is the best configuration for my booth to maximize my wall space and attract viewers to my booth?

I have 9 propanel walls.  Three of the panels make up a full 10 foot wall.  I also have a selling desk that goes with the propanels, that is 36 inches wide.  I like to sit or stand in the booth.  Especially at The Plaza it can be difficult to get in and out of the booth with all the people shuffling by.  Any thoughts or suggestions are more than welcome.

  • You'll have about four feet of shared storage behind your booth. The electrical cables also take up space in the back. If at all possible, leave a doorway in the back of the booth. You may be able to fit your desk back there. If not, a French wall may be an option. Think about ordering one or two narrower panels to complement your current setup.

You probably won't have a place for a chair when it gets busy.

I have 30" ProPanels, which let me leave a 30" door, and still have 90" of display space. It makes the panels stick out a couple inches in the front, but I like the flexibility of 30" panels better than the wider 38" panels.
