I've done Belgravia 2 years now ...and it's been awesome . Both years ,its been my best show . Our space is close to the road ,so the set up is easy . The tents are back to back , so it's a narrow sidewalk you have to negotiate , but I don't consider it a hard set up at all , (though it's prob. harder for the booths further in). We usually get there about 3:00pm and most everyone is already set up - so that makes things easier .
I don't think (sales wise) there are any bad spaces --people are entering & exiting on both ends of Belgravia.
Belgravia & St James Ct. are next to each other ....it's a couple blocks of Belgravia,,,,then dead ends into St James Ct .
Thank you for answering my question so quickly! Where else can you go to a site for artist and get good responses . Thank you Connie for creating Art Fair insiders...lisa Arkus

I'm sure there are others who know more about this than I do, but we exhibited in the St. James show for over 20 years and tried to walk around and see the whole event over the weekend.
Belgravia is set up on a grassy median between two sidewalks, the booths back to back. There are many large trees so the ground is not flat and you have to work around large roots. The whole section is shady all day. I would say all the spaces are pretty much equal, except the end spaces would be better for loading accessibility and exposure. It is a challenge to load in and out of this section, a better space would be nearer any of the ends, other than than that I'd say all spaces are created equal :)
I have heard many nice comments about the hospitality of the Belgravia residents.
