Looking for some advice on attaching the banner to the front of the tent. Any advice for the perfect hang? have seen velcro, rope and spring clamps. Any photos of your setup would be helpful. thanks

Okay, here is the final verdict for me on my banner hanging. First let me say thank you for the advice. The banner did have grommets in the corners. It was larger than the top front edge of the canopy. That left me with the only option. That was to use bungee cords and attach it to back 2 legs. It looked great and was easily readable to passersby. First outdoor show this season under my belt. Of course it was 190 degrees in Illinois this weekend and I almost passed out with heat exhaustion it was a success
I just purchased this on Etsy. I haven't put it up yet but it looks like it will work on my EZ Up.

What Connie lists, looks real good.
What Greta lists is basically, what mine looks like, on the pop-up.
Don't go lower than your valance as it will impede the view, lighting and head clearance for your tent.

What type of tent?
makes a big difference.
For the trimline: I have a set of poles that extend up from the awning poles. That makes for the banner framework. Attach with straps or bungees.
For the popup: I use 4) bungees, one from each corner to the attachment grommets on each corner of the front valance.
Or
Hang it inside: at the rear. Plenty of attachment points.
I had several sets of these a while back and they eventually caused my tarp to tear during a windy day. Luckily it was a $15 rain tarp from home depot and was replacable. I ended up throwing the shark clips away due to the fact that they could cause holes and damage.
I've never seen them, in person. The part that grabs the tarp- is it hard plastic? Teeth? or is it rubber?
the teeth are plastic. They worked ok until a windy day caused the tarp to get holes where they gripped
Hard plastic teeth, I've used them off and on for about 3 years so far no holes. But if it's going to be very windy I don't put up a back awning and that's what I mainly use them for.
