ArtFair Insider problems

I don't know if anyone else has this problem of the website not loading on the computer. I have not been able to pull up the artfairInsiders website on my desktop during the last several days. Everything other website I go to loads as they normally do but ArtFairInsiders does not come up at all. I was finally able to get the website on my ipad that I am using now. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you do? any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

      The platform the site is built on Ning, has been having problems, but I hope they are solved now. When your website disappears for a day, one like this that has so many visitors and that I depend on  it is scary ...

  • Well, this is distressing! I had no idea. Last Friday the entire network that the site is hosted on was gone -- thousands of websites, not just ours, for six hours or more. Otherwise, I've never had a problem reaching it, do use a desktop, a laptop and my phone. I will contact support for the Ning network (where this is hosted) and see if something is going on. 

  • I can only occasionally get the website on my ipad and when I do it takes a very long time to load. My desktop and my wife's desktop have the same problem
  • I have problems with it too. It has happened several times. I've noticed it mostly during the middle of the day. It loads fine in evening and at night.

  • Using a pc, not a laptop or phone or tablet and it's been fine for me.

    • I was on a pc laptop when it happened to me.

  • I had a problem a few days ago.  When I got a notification by email about a reply to a discussion (different ones at different times), I'd click on it and the browser tried to come up but the page never opened.  It's been working fine few a few days.
