I saw this event in ZAPP. It happens Nov 9 -10, 2013. I would like to add another November show but have not heard anything about this. Does anyone have any experience with it?
Thank you for your help!

I also did this show last year. The crowd was a little slim but steady. If you live in the area, I would say go for it, but if traveling with gas and hotel expenses... you might want to think twice.
I did this show November 2012, Carolina. Here are my thoughts....
Unloading was very easy. They had staff to help you and they provided large carts to help transport your stuff. The show takes place in several different large rooms stretched out throughout the first floor of the building, which in my opinion is not ideal. The building is lovely and they have a little cafe in the building that serves delicious food. Lighting is good because the rooms are art galleries, but you are not allowed to adjust the lighting to show off your work because the lighting has been set up to show off the exhibit in your room; the exhibits are removed for the weekend of the show, but will be set up again as soon as the the Holiday Arts Festival ends, and you are warned not to remove any masking tape on the floor that marks where the exhibition pedestals, etc., will be repositioned when you leave. The masking tape all over the carpet in the room I was located was distracting. Lovely room, lovely artist displays, and then bits of tape all over the carpet that made the floor look like it needed to be cleaned. The weekend of last year's show, we were cursed with fabulously warm (high 70's) and sunny weather; customers were outside enjoying the unseasonably fine temperatures in November and I believe it hurt everybody's sales. It was my first time at this show, so I relied on other artists who had done the show several times in the past to tell me if the crowd count was low, and that appeared to be the problem last year. I hope this helps.
Thank you Betsey! Did they allow bringing tent frame to set up our own lights? Oh did you have access to electricity?

I'm not sure. I don't remember any tent frames in the room I was in, but that doesn't mean they weren't in the other rooms. Yes, you can ask for access to electricity, but ask for it early so they will assign you a spot where you can get at it. There was a charge for it; I think $20 or $25.

I am doing this show this year and there is electricity. Haven't done it before, hope it is good. Driving from Wisconsin for it.
Hey! I am too! So, we'll see. I figured I'd give it a try.
