  • Click as though you want to apply a coupon, and you can get to the checkout. The coupon area shows a zero, but the checkout button appears. This is a javascript bug, but they haven't responded to me either.

    • They got my problem solved they got back to me pretty quickly the first thing the next day. Good Luck.

      • Great to hear they got back to you so quickly, Brian. We all get so dependent on the Internet to do our business and love its ability to do things at the last minute that this had to be very disturbing for you.

Congrats to Leah and the gang at Zapp - sounds like they've got their techies working over time.

  • I checked out and paid for 3 shows yesterday with no problems. The only thing I saw that I didn't like is when searching for shows they eliminated the criteria links (state, city, show month, etc.) in favor of a single keyword box. Not sure the purpose of that. (OK, I just saw that if you want the old filter you have to click on "advanced search".)

    • Larry Berman let me know, click advanced search where  keyword box is above events .Zapp did get back to me there was some setting issues they said has to be changed by them ,they extended deadline on show I applied to so I'm golden .Larry Thanks for trying to troubleshoot Zapp last night

  • Checkout or pay? I've been helping artists all day complete their applications.

But as for problems not bugs, the two major issues are that the web site is too bright with light green links which requiring squinting, and you can no longer reorder images in an application froma mobile device. That means until it's fixed, artists will have to travel with laptops to apply to shows.
