Any decent shows the last weekend of September?

We are hoping to do St. James this year and I was looking for a show within 4-5 hours for the weekend before but not finding much that sounds like it would be worth the extra week or expenses. We live in AZ, so KY is just a really long haul for one show.

    Right! I had forgotten about Peoria. A nice show, run very well. Welcome to the Midwest, a great place (usually) to be in late Sept. & Oct.

    Peoria is the last weekend in Sept too. Nice venue, nice people.

    Heck, yes. Not a lot, but nearby in Madison, IN, is the Chautauqua-- do them back to back and spend a wonderful week in southern Indiana or northern Kentucky along the Ohio River. Usually a beautiful time of the year.
