I've used interior walls for several years. The problem is that it makes the interior claustrophobic and it inhibits the number of people who can get inside and look around. If you do use interior walls, keep them at two feet wide and don't use more than two of them, keeping them well separated. Go to the Propanel web site and check out their suggested wall set-ups. You need to have good sight lines in your layout and room to move around. When I ditched the interior wall in the middle I started having two and three times as many people in the booth at the same time.
There's an old joke among artists that an artist's second favorite activity, with sex as number one on the list, is rearranging the booth layout.
