Resizing Images for Zapplication

I'm looking for help resizing images. The Zapplication for the Mich. Krasl Fair requires a 1290 x 1290 pix exact. My image resizers won't do exact resizes. Any help? thanks. http://www.zapplication.org//images.phtml
