DubuqueFest Fine Arts Festival offers three full days of music, art, and culture. Located in picturesque downtown Dubuque in Washington Park and on the Town Clock Plaza this festival is an arts celebration for the entire family. Shop our juried fine art fair featuring 80 regional artists & artisans, experience live music on two stages, enjoy dance performances, storytelling, puppet shows, hands-on art, and artist demonstrations all weekend.
