The Art & Apples Festival is a program of Paint Creek Center for the Arts (PCCA), a regional non-profit art center. The Art & Apples Festival the second largest fine arts fair in Michigan and is in the TOP 30 of Sunshine Artist Magazine's 200 Best in the Nation! The Festival is held annually on the weekend following Labor Day in Rochester's 30-acre park. Artist applications are due Feb. 13 (or late deadline of February 27).
